We’re in the business of manufacturing, packaging, and marketing various seafood products in both wholesale and retail environments. Some of our products include whole round and whole cleaned squid and cuttlefish, cockles, clams and other shell fish, prawns, fish and lobsters.

    • Whether it’s a different seasoning blend or new processing technology, we’re always looking for ways to improve our products. 
  2. Gel Strength Analysis: 
    • We conduct regular gel strength analyses on all leached meat.
  3. Moisture Analysis: 
    • There are strict specifications, and we always monitor our product. 
  4. pH Analysis: 
    • The pH levels of raw materials are constantly checked and left within acceptable limits. 
  5. Other Tests: 
    • We also conduct colour inspection of all products and maintain a strict temperature control process.
